Deep Cleaning Bathroom · Removing cobwebs, dusting, and wiping down light fixtures. · Dusting from top to bottom of cabinets and door frames. · Dusting and wiping down blinds, cleaning windows. · Cleaning showers, bathtubs, toilets, mirrors and sinks, hanging frames/ pictures, wiping down scales, baseboards, and light switches. · Removing trash and replacing trash bags. · Vacuuming and mopping floors. Bedroom · Removing cow webs, dusting, and wiping down ceiling fence. · Dusting and wiping down all shelves, table lamps, bedframes, and other objects. · Dusting and wiping down blinds’ windowsills and windows. · Vacuuming underneath beds, and every corner of the area. · Cleaning baseboards and mopping (if a moppable floor). Living room · Dusting shelfs, objects on shelves, hanging frames and pictures. · Cleaning tv screen, coffee tables, lamps, etc. · Vacuuming sofas (in the cervices), cushions, underneath and every corner of the area. Vacuuming everything that needs to be vacuumed. Mopping floors that are not carpeted. Kitchen · Wiping down appliance surfaces, countertops. · Cleaning inside of microwave. · Cleaning range and vent hoods. · Cleaning in and out of refrigerators, freezers. · Wiping down cabinets. · Cleaning stove, oven, toasters, air fryer (cooking appliances) etc. Deep cleaning in laundry room · Cleaning in and out of washer and dryer doors (cleaning out lint). · vacuuming and moping floor. · Removing cobwebs, vacuuming, and moping hallways. *Please note a lot of clutter and mess on the floors and surfaces will affect the time to clean and therefore the price. Before each clean we will have to determine if the clutter and mess is excessive.

For each room we also have a basic clean option that is quicker, and we recommend it to be done once a week while deep clean once a month. For the kitchen and bathroom, we include a few tasks. In a basic clean we include the following in all rooms. · Wiping and dusting of surfaces (tabletops, countertops, windowsills, cabinet tops) · Vacuuming and mopping (if the floors are moppable) Basic cleaning in kitchen · Cleaning inside of the microwave. · Clanging stove top, toasters. · Cleaning inside of dish washer. · Wiping down countertops and appliance surfaces. · Trash removal. · vacuuming and moping floor. Basic clean in the bathroom · Light cleaning of shower, bathtubs, toilets, mirror and sinks · Vacuuming and mopping floors. · Dusting and wiping surfaces. *Please note a lot of clutter and mess on the floors and surfaces will affect the time to clean and therefore the price. Before each clean we will have to determine if the clutter and mess is excessive. *Standard procedure is to use cleaning products provided by you the client but if this is not the case and we (magic Wand Cleaning) will use our own products, it will be at an extra cost. *Each clean is customizable and if you want only certain parts of a “deep clean” you can pick and choose the tasks that suit you. We will then adjust the price accordingly. (see questionnaire) *Another option is to spread out the tasks throughout the month so that some “deep clean” tasks are included in a basic clean. For example: · Deep clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and mop week 1. · Deep Clean kitchen, vacuum, and mop. Week 2. · Basic Clean bathroom, dust, vacuum, and mop week 3. · Basic Clean kitchen, vacuum, and mop week 4 or as required. House cleaning varies per house. It depends if you're looking for a basic or deep clean. Basic cleaning ranges from $100-$300. Deep cleaning prices range from $350-$1000, depending on the project.
